Mummy promise me an outing this Sunday! I am so happy this is the day and I had been anticipating all day for the outing to come. Where will I be today?

Mummy gets ready all my stuff in her mini sling bag and leash me out. At the mini park below my block, mummy took a snap shot of both of us. Can you see how much I love mummy? I lick her non-stop *_*

I was asked to sit-stay and immediately I listened to my command and look up to my master. This is to make me stay at the traffic lights and not to cross the road while there are many cars.

As i was counting the number of bus stops that we are passing by, we reached the destination. We walked thru 5 bus stops and there is the place.... And boy, this place is so near yet so far by walking :))

Last week brought Meep for a swimming session and he was so happily swimming....haha as if.... he is as usual so afraid of the water. And you can see that I am always throwing him into the water. :( bad mama but Meepo can really swim very well!!!!!!! Enjoy everyone!

You should be able to hear some other dogs barking sound...yup this place is a place for pooch boarding. If you are overseas or unable to take care of your pooch, simply send it there. Though their rates are pretty competitive but they are quite known to provide good boarding. :)

Its quite some time since the last update on my boy. He is a big boy now!! A dog now haha...no more a puppy sobs...:) Cheers on to my Meepo who had been well-behaved, perhaps he knows when to bully his mama and papa. Simply from the state of the cake, you will know how he enjoyed it....he licks all the cream before munching on the cake inner. perhaps he only loves the cream? But look at him, his fur and paws are all the CREEEAAAMMM!! as if he used his paws to eat? haha he even licks his paw in the end...

For those who sleep in the air-cond room A friend of mine has passed away recently, Please read the mail below and be careful. Heard of a bad news regarding Charleine, who studied in MSMKL with some of us. She passed away last weekend due to carbon monoxide poisoning. It happened when she lighted an aromatheraputic candle for the night in a room with air-conditioning on and all windows closed. Due to lack of oxygen in the room, the burning of the candle cannot fully oxidized & thus forming dangerous carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide will prevent oxygen exchange in the lungs, resulting the person dozing off to state of unconsciousness & eventually death in less than 1 hour, depending on the room size. I am sending this e-mail out to all of you so that you will be aware of such danger when lighting aromatheraputic candles in any unventilated rooms. Please forward this email to all your love ones.

Its not easy to start. Its not simple ever to start something that you want to do. But without giving it a go, it would definitely not going to be easy anytime.

Talking about having a new career. How do you perceive your future to be or how do you expect yourself to be doing in 5years down the road?
I joined a new company and things are going from scratch and its everything. From recruitment to getting things in place. There would always seem to have 101 things to complete. Everyone is so busy with their respective area and stuffs. Will you want to be seen alone or being anti-social?

In general, new graduates or younger people who had step into this working world, are more energetic, fun-loving and having the willing-to-try attitude. It is good, very postive head start.
Those in their mid-career, in general, have more experience, task-driven, and some may even be in their peak of their career.

I am giving myself a new opportunity to do something for myself or for my future. My main interests is to work-from-home, focusing on jewelry making and online stuff. I really hope that one fine day, this can be fulfilled. I need to talk, to talk to him....

House is in a mess now. The painters are here to paint the whole house and there are so much things to do. Beads have to be put aside to better organise the process. Meepo had been a good boy so far without much disruption. He likes to look at me wherever I am and goes while I am moving things around.

My New 2009 Year Plans:

1) Prepare for 13/14 Feb Vday event at clarke quay and 28 Feb - 1 Mar event at Tiong Bahru Plz. And more event in this year.
2) Do more fascinating designs to warm the hearts of many ladies. With the encouragement and support from my overwhelming clienteles and friends, I believe it would not be a difficult task. Though I would have to manage between work and beading business, I feel that time management is very important for me. I need to stay focus, calm in handling any situation.
3) Start work at my new organisation and perform to my best abilities. I do hope that it would be one that I can excel in.
4) Know what is needed and desires of woman and bring in more ideas.
5) Plans to sell internationally, have a new layout and bring in my brand to big departmental stores?
6) Love Meepo and provide him with all the care and needs.
7) Have a fruitful and enjoyable 2009
8) Stay healthy so that I can manage my work easier
9) Travel to beads factories/stores worldwide

Music Monster festival

Know what? I went to the Music Monster Festival concert last night. Below post has nothing got to do with jewelry. Here's something to share on the fun that was casted during the Music Monster Festival featuring Energy and Lollipop aka Bang Bang Tang.

It was a really great fun night as all their fans were screaming to the top of the lungs, yelling and cheering for their idols. Well, I was there, invited and given the opportunity to watch the music monster festival entertaining performances by Energy & Lollipop. Hey man, know how it feels like being at the front of the gates? It was an undescribable night. If you had been to any concert, oh yea yea.... it would be that kind of feelings. It was a night of snap, snap, snap and snap, yells, screams and laughter. Below are some of the shots that I taken during Music monster festival concert......

Did you realize that most pics are A di or Kun Da? lolz because they were standing in front of me most of the time. And KD was very sweet to be posing in front of my cam. But I feel that my stupid cam wasnt in the right state of mind last night. so slow and out of battery later. luckily it came to low batt after energy finishes their songs. KD was standing right in front of me and I was so happy to be able to take good pics of him.

While I was archiving my old pictures, I saw some of my old creation and haha was thinking about sharing with you some of my old collection here. It is not those that can be found here in this blog. They were long way back when I had first started selling in Yahoo auctions. Its kinda of pity and sad that yahoo had ended the auction service for sg, having accompanied many of us in successfully building up our online sales journey. Tare.Hugz (my former jewelry brand name) had first started selling handmade jewelries in yahoo auction in 2002, while Petalthots were mainly for selling imported clothes. Thinking back, my photography skills were very lousy that time as I was not able to capture very well as you can see. Sometimes, I do find it jovial and were laughing over it.

These are miniature collection of different local delights and delicious food handmade from clay. They look yummy uh? Well, alot of preparation are done to ensure each ingredient would turn out to look exactly like real life. I love the new creation of hai-nan chicken rice and nasi lemak. These were learnt from my master who have years of experience in this line. I am not officially selling these now but if you are interested to purchase any of the above miniatures, please do enquire within. Oh ya! forget to add they are approximately the size of a 50cent coin.

I will be having an event sale tommorrow at SMU (Dhoby Ghaut), clearing my clothes and some of my handmade items. It will be a wardrobe clearance and definitely cheaper than stores.

Well, I am collating orders for Tokyo Taiwan! Superbly immersed by their new designs and they have never fail to surprise me with new collection. Each time I had to force myself not to be too overwhelmed. I would really recommend them. Anyway, I had ordered a few pieces for myself, my colleagues and will put the rest for sale or to match my handmade items.

My next plan is to start sale of men's item. Do you think this will be another venture for me? I will be super busy man!

My SIA friend ordered some charms for me. Awaiting how they will look like.....Are you waiting for more action on my new collection with these new long-awaited charms?

Its a pity that I get her crafts only today. Perhaps, its because of the budget problem in the past, but now I think its very worth it. I will be expecting more from now onwards.

Working at my new company is quite an interesting experience. I get to know a lot of good friends, from the colleagues in the same department to colleagues in other department, and as well as the security :) All of them are friendly, young and fun people to work with. There's laughter, smiles, memorable times and also times whereby we all worked real real hard. I enjoyed the events held most. Besides the usual seriousness, fun and joy plays a part. All made an effort.

However, there are also sour times too! :( Well do not really like to remember them and keep them in my heart.

Okies....everyone do you think today I'll be blogging about my new workplace with my new colleagues only?

Ever wonder or had the thoughts like :"Why is work so sienz?" Why do we have to work so hard just to make ends meet? Why cant we work and do something that interests us or as a hobby? If everyone would to think like that, everyone will be a happy man/woman.

Somehow, Im saving and I will work towards achieving my goals. This is just a stepping point. I will learn from here and aspire. Last night, I was thinking till hard....why am I working so hard? Am I really happy?

An Adventure with Donuts and Cupcakes

Yummy yummy yum!!!! Cool donuts & CUPCAKES in different shapes, sizes and characters!!. I always want to try the famous donuts at Raffles City. But the q there... ya you know right :( always long. This day, I have bought some lovely cupcakes and donuts from a bakery shop (cant remember the name but its "B...."something). I was thinking in my mind that (Hurray!! Can eat this lata liao!!). As I walked towards the taxi stand to wait for my sister, I saw another shop "DonutDonut". I couldn't resist the temptation :)) bought a few more donuts.....*winks*

The nice box packaging of a cupcake. Cant remember the name but its something like "B...." at Tanjong Pagar centre.
This is a cupcake in a smiley face. This is the raspberry favour. Its sweet, munchy and tasty. Recommended!!

These are the same from "B...." shop at Tanjong Pagar. Their donuts are more different from the "DonutDonut". Theirs is thicker and taste more like cake favour.

A heartshape donut with sprinklers. Within the donut, there is a raspberry juice fillings. Very sweet and delicious. KawaiiS!!!

These are the donuts that I have bought from "DonutsDonuts". Did you notice why there were 5 only? For an eating queen like me, how can only 5? haha!! Its in my stomach liao lorh.... Yum Yum!!! *grins*

wah duno how tired....have been working everyday from start of september....non-stop, no rest day at all. Especially tired because of Fever event held last saturday and worked till 3am. The worse thing is that I am on DO on Sun. arrwwwhh...how could it be worst? Today, Im also on DO. :( really dead beat....well,...will get a light shower and catch some restss..

haihzzz busy and tiring time at work...till no time to update my personal blog....nvm...still have to write something to distress.... arrggghhh!!!!!

Actually not too much of workload now but I can foresee lots, lots, alot, alot & many more responsibilities piling up at my shoulder. They say its my babies..today learned many new things from a senior (Yishun). Grateful for her to cover my duties when I have not joined and teaching me all that she knows. I hope I can pick up all her skills asap. I wana learn!!!!!!! yelled!!!! haha!!!!! There is a lot of work, fun & most probably enjoyment. Afterall, no pain no gain....& no fruitful experience. This is the life of an executive. Well~it was something which I have look upon since I have graduate from poly and step into the work society. The time and journey to get to this stage is not easy but its memorable. I quite like it :) at least I felt a sense of achievement gained. Will continue to strive harder in life.

Christina in Spring~Christina wanted a remake of Spring Beauty but I have run out of the white background filigree. Its from Japan. I told her that I have another piece but its black. This is how it looks like but in black. As the background is black I do not want to use the grey roses which I have used in Spring Beauty.
Rose de Jenn ~ Jenn wanted a pair of earrings which is the same as Jrosie but in silver rhodium. did this for her. Hope that she will like it :)

Genting Trip ~ Ripleys' Part I

Hope to show you some pictures which I have taken at Ripleys' at genting. Its pretty ex- to go in RM18 but the exhibition are simply terrific!! There is really a lot of unexpected things in life. So much so that you do not think its possible, do not think its real and everything is HARD TO BELIEVE!!! If you are going to genting anytime this year, I would recommend this place. Over a rating of 5 stars for "whether to go" or not, I would give it a 4 "must go".

Most of the people that I know of will sure sure go to the theme park. BUT!! Fyips!!! I went to genting for so many times since I've started working and having a fix income, I have never step into the theme park in genting. I duno why, it looks fun and freezing cool but its just not something which I like lorhzzz!! haha!!
But during my July trip, my dear and I actually wanted to go in but changed our minds later on. Also because of lack of time to play around, especially you have to queue for the rides.
okies cool readerzz!! stay tune!! this is just part I of my adventure with Ripleys'...more to come though.

I would like to share some of my joy during this year's birthday! Though its a late update of my birthday celebration, I hope it can bring back some memories & more joy. This picture is taken with my family members on my 2_th birthday...:p ooppss my age....sad to say that Im feeling old. But I feel that age does not prevent my motivation, determination, passion & creativity in life. Same goes to my designing works.

Been sick and on a low morale on the past few days....which is mainly the reason for my lack of updates. My dear supporters, if you are reading this, I would like to say very sorry for that. I am also taking this as an opportunities for a break and I hope to improvise and seek new inspirations for my work. From now on, I think I might not be updating daily as is what I have been doing for the past month. Updates will be periodically and as and when I have new collection.

Hereby thanking those who have MADE a contribution/comments. Without these, it will not push me further to surpass myself and provide more creative works.

Sometimes, I do agree that seeing what others say/think do affects your emotion. I would not be angry or blame you for that, mainly because of the reason that I feel that some of you may be too young and immature. Just grow up and you may realize what you have done its right/wrong and it takes time too!

Sometimes I feel that, we should be contented with what we have and enjoying now. Time do not stop for people. We really have to show more care and concern, not only for those around you but also for others. I believe that its better to show care than not as it just shows your integrity and character. Be polite and sincere to others and you will be respected.

Cool logo, I would say. The cute litte, actionmatic ~ mankind figure staring upwards represents a person trying to tell the whole world of their individual, fancinating story behinds. It also represents the advertiser role's of trying to reach out the public in an effort to gain more publicity.

Its really cool and have a try. Personally, I had encountered some problems when I am attempting to this game. Its kinda conflicting, weird at first, which shows how true this is.
For those who cant read the last line, it says: "Your right brain tries to say the color but your left brain insists on reading the word." Its exactly in my case. Leave a comment for us to share how true it is to yourself.

Its a cooling and breezy place. Here I am enjoying this place of paradise and comfort. hey babes....its really cool here and its my fav. holiday destination. Price is affordable at least for the type of things here. Although there's not much things which you can do here but at least if you are with someone you love, its different.

Have watched a roll of movies lately. lolzz I watched harry porter twice, one in sg and one here. Today is the launch of the final book for Harry Porter series and I do wonder how the story is. This movie episode ~ "The order of the phoenix" is quite different from the book. hmmm its normal....

I came out from the theatre few hours ago, for transformer.. whoa!!! amazing story, exciting effects. One would think that its a show full of tecnological devices, robotic and violent. I have another view after watching it. Robots also have feeling yea? kinda touching when the young boy actually feel sadden when he sees bumblebee being hurt. I feel sad too..... My favourite of the metal giants are BUMBLEBEE & OPTIMAL PRIME!!!! (dun realli know how to spell). They r real kooolllzzz!!!! I can still recall the cartoon ~ "transformer" during my childhood days. Its my younger brother's fav toys during then.... Its already IS veri popular during that time. Im sure those who grew up with it will love it for sure....great movie!!!

well...that sums up part of my itinery here.... I have made a necklace at the hotel just now and feels lazier.....I would be loading it tommorrow (hopefully).....

gosh!! I think Im infected by one disease. Its one of a kind and unusual. Im infected by the craze to shop and shop for beads. Nowadays, Im rather scared to go out to shop for new beads. The reason is simple. It is because I will always and always end up buying a lot, alot, alot....alot.....alot and alot, alot, alot, alot (neverending) beads. Whenever Im outside shopping for beads, which I love to do, I like all the new charms/beads/design and I would want to bring them to Petalthots. I want to bring in new stuff and new ideas and never want to be lack of ideas. Lately, I feel that I should go and find a job and mend this in a part time basis. Should I? This is a question which I am still thinking and considering. I think that I should and must do it. But my passion is in beading and creating new blings. Sometimes, I would be thinking this way. How come some of the online website sells so well? Every of their items are always snatch, reserve within a short period of time. Its really fast till you cant really imagine. Am I losing out to them in terms of my workmanship?, my sincerity?, my designs?, my ideas?....omg what m I thinking? HEY!! you out there reading this, dun just read lah...give me some kind feedback, comments or suggestions. I would be grateful. Dun worry, I will take each and every comment seriously, though I may not reply instanteously or may not reply, I will remember them and try to put them into practice.

Well, I have just came home with loads of beads and findings. Im thinking of selling some of my extra beads. It can help to subside my income abit hor? well, maybe I will do it after my KL trip. yupz going kl find weiwei again....I miss wei. haven seen him for 2months++...going to 3 alreadi. I will be bringing my tools there and hopefully, I would be able to bring back more and more creations for Petalthots!!!

Yoga Session

Valerie taking a little break after a stretching yoga exercise. I have been practising Hatha Yoga for 5years and still counting. Sometimes I wonder what gaves me the energy and interests to continue doing it. I am doing like once-a-week basis. During my first 3-4 years, I also do them at home. There are many steps and poses and kinda hard to memorise all and practise them correctly at home. It was after sometime then the technique was built in. haha!! what do you think happened on the 4th-5th year? haihzzz lazy and lazier lah!! Also feeling more tired due to work. But I still practise it once a week.

About what gaves me the energy to continue it for so long? hmmm pondering a while :"...............

Its relaxing, destressing, useful to me? Hatha yoga is not like those ordinary yoga whereby you practise mostly breathing techniques. During each session, we have to perform various poses, exercise, etc.... very tired....AND on the 2nd day, you will FEEL the results. LOLX!!!!! wahhaaahhaa!! why do I bold/caps those words. okie back to topic...Every 2nd day I will always feel muscle pain. I always feel that when doing such exercises, the energy to push me to go on is this phrase ~ NO PAIN NO GAIN! Yupz!! Its effective and helpful. For those who feels lazy and giving excuses to exercise, keep this phrase in your heart and hope that it can be of help to u.

Since I am doing Petalthots Creations full-time basis, perhaps, I can find some time out to do some yoga at home? okies will get it started. bathing time~~ and dinner so hungry now!!!! You can almost hear my stomach grumbling :" I WANT FOOD".

Im so sorry readers. Sorry for being so slow and late in uploading these photos. Better be late than never. These are some of the pictures which I have taken at Mind Cafe on 30 June 2007. Although there isnt a lot but will try to grab some from my friend...lolz!! kk....things went on well on that day. Its another good experience for me because I get to meet a few very sweet and nice bloggers too!!

Well, as said, a lot of bloggers actually set up a mini stall there so it means I get the chance to shop around. Whoohoo!! shopping rather than making money =p. Its a great time shopping lor!! I manage to see some faces which we usually only get to see their writings. When there are chances such as this, it is good as in we get to meet up not only to gain more publicity but we do some social networking. Some of us even exchange namecards. I think my namecard design is the ugliest :(.....others are all so NICeeeeeee (jealous)... Nevertheless, hope to join more of such events again.

Arrghh!!!
pissed off.....I tried my best to build up good relationship, good networking. Some ppl are very nice naturally but some arent. They have some kind of ego or attitude problem. Do you think I care? I cant be bothered. I would rather spend my time to better use or make more creations. I also wont care how other ppl look or think of me. I am who I am. I am always friendly and nice to everyone because I think that I should respect other ppl before they would respect me. Over at my old office, I always try to help each and every officer but I do not expect any returns. Somehow I feel that its better not to expect anything rather than be disappointed. One of my friend told me that he is always nice because he hope that other ppl will help him when he meets problem or needs help. Well~ different ppl have different views. Its the same. My view is different from yours; my style of working also differs.

My ex-colleague cum good friend has gone to India. :( miss her.....hope she is enjoying her time now. Please take care of your dearie okies! :p heehee...bring back some unique beading stuff for me too!! *smiles*

okies....very tired after the events. rather quiet today. erh should have brought my 2nd hand stuff there too! lolx lotsa uncles and aunties though, nice experience. Oo ya!! A proposal received!!! ahhaha!!! Though this is not the first time that I receive offers/proposal, Im still very glad and excited on every one because it determines my potential in designing. Im back home at last. so tired bringing all my clothes home. But very happie because I get to see new faces and meet more people. Just when my sisters and I were packing the stuffs and going off, a guy keep looking at us and wanted to tell us something. Then, I ask him what does he wans to say. He said in a rather confusing manner to us that he was looking for something. Im trying to listen to him very hard as he is not local and the "slang" just sounds weird. I managed to understand a bit and learned that he came yesterday with his gf and they fancy a piece of pendant. He was looking for that piece of necklace which I have made and wonder if its still available. Out of pity for such a loving and caring guy for gf, I opened my boxes one by one. I found that pendant and added the chains to him. He is very delighted and I felt very happie too! Its another happy ending. I hope that his gf will really understands his sincere love towards her and that necklace. (He some more ask me to make another customization for him :(. I wanted to but the stuffs are all in my boxes already)

This event is very experiencing for me and pretty successful. Will consider having more of such events in future.

Coming up next would be my event at Mind's Cafe, 68 Boat Quay. Will bring some of my clothes and handmade accessories.

Hey heey!!! home at last!! closed early today~~:( though a lot of movie-goers and people around but....haha come back and start my dreams earlier....tired leh...
have been making new pieces today....and im glad whenever a customer is happy to receive my customized design for them. There are some new stocks of clothings today and response seems to be good as I sold some today the moment its up on the racks.

at home finally....tired tired tired. been working till late for the past 2 days. but yippe!! today can come home early and settle some online things..

miss me mah everyone? haha...like talking to myself...lolxxx!!!
made some new friends and add some gals to my mailing list. I feel happy when my customer are delighted and thrilled when they see my work. Its erh...a sense of satisfaction gained!! :) wahhhaaa!! funnie lah... Its been quite fun though, get to meet some really cute people. My sisters and brothers were there to help me out :), so much jokes with them around... muackzzz love them lots....i feel very fortunate to have so much support and love! thanks to my dear too, who has been consistently giving me his love, care, encouragement and support. I wonder how my life will be without u...I really miss u alot dear :) if you get to see this para.

I hope EVERY tommorrow will be a better and greater day for me. *_* okie, that's all folks...now its time for me to get some sleep and prepare for a longer battle tommorrow.

HoHOHo!! Aloha!!

This is a new reporting for the situation at Orchard Cineleisure B1. There's crowd and youngster all around. The limelight is on the booth Im blogging in now. Congratulations to have reached 3 sales today for my handmade accessories! well its a good start. I have finished setting up not long ago and now ~ pretty tired, but grinning away ~~ wee!!!

Saw my meowmeow~ so guai to lend me his support. sayang him to bits.... Cheer up meow!! Hope life's great for you in office too!!

Eye Twitch

Todae seems to be a funnie day.....my right upper eye lid keeps twitching. hmm...how much do we understand about eye-twitching? A few people have different say about this. According to past beliefs, some believe that there are different meaning for every side of twitch or it may be due to some nerves reactions. So what's all these about? Would you like to find out more? I would say that, personally, I hope someone can tell me more about eye-twitching. haha~ believe it or not? If you know anything~ share it with me pls :)

Eye Twitch - Preventive Measures
Stress management - keep stress under control
Get plenty of sleep to keep eye muscles rested
When in vision intensive scenarios such as computer work, take frequent breaks to give the eyes a break.

Eyelid Spasms (Eye Twitching)
Definition The three most common types of eyelid spasms are eyelid twitch, essential blepharospasm, and hemifacial spasm.
Eyelid Twitch.The cause of minor eyelid twitching is unknown. A slight spasm of the lower eyelid or even both eyelids is common and of no concern.
Symptoms
Twitching or spasm around the eyes
Facial spasms
The symptoms described above may not necessarily mean that you have eyelid spasms. However, if you experience one or more of these symptoms, contact your eye doctor for a complete exam.
Treatment
Eyelid Twitch.Minor eyelid twitches require no treatment as they usually resolve spontaneously. Reducing stress, using warm soaks, or correction of any refractive error may help. Some ophthalmologists recommend reducing caffeine usage.

Above are just some general comments taken for more information & knowledge. Should there be any serious problem about the eye, please seek professional doctor advice.

Welcome myself to my new world of dreams!!

Dreams? why do I call it dreams? haha...hehe I shall declare the re-opening day of posting my thoughts or dreams here...
